Parikrama

Parikrama is an Indian Rock band. And they are pretty good. They played in Antaragni, and since then I like this band. And beauty is that they allow their songs to be downloaded for free, free as in they don’t charge any money :| . Its good to see that some Indian band is doing something like this. I have contacted them asking to release these songs under CC, but lets see what they want.

These guy are cool, look at their site you will find some cool stuffs. Yes, they made a song for Microsoft, but I guess I can ignore it.

In concerts they play all my favorite bands :) . I remember they played Linkin Park, Mettallica, Led Zep, Pink Floyd etc etc …. In their own songs, they seem to try to get the same feel? no no, they have their own class …. I liked whiskey and But it rained specially.

  1. Nice job on being active. Hopefully they will see the using CC as opposed to just giving the songs up for gratis.

  2. :) , I hope the same. I remember in that concert, one guy in band said that we want people to listen to our songs freely, we want them to use our work the way they want blah blah, I think he will appreciate the idea.

  3. Haha, what I wrote made no sense, but I’m glad you understood it. That should read, “Hopefully they will see the benefits of using CC as opposed to just giving the songs up for gratis.”
