Culture? The problem is not in adopting English culture, the problem is that some Indians hate Indian culture, if not 'hate' they feel worse-off saying that they belong to Indian Culture. In any case, if someone in today's day and age tries to stick purely to their culture, they will be left far behind. The best way out is to do both; learn your own culture, and the global culture which is now emerging. Of course, "global culture" is the exact anti-thesis of American culture whose main features are arrogance, stupidity, racism and wastage of resources. And the fact that you’re writing this post in English is a mark of the extent of their success.

In any case, if someone in today’s day and age tries to stick purely to their culture, they will be left far behind. The best way out is to do both; learn your own culture, and the global culture which is now emerging.
